From the airport, visitors have several options for getting to the Brussels City Centre. The fastest option is by train which takes around 15 to 20 minutes and charges approximately 8.50 EUR for the trip. The bus shuttle "Airport Line" operated by STIB/MIVB (Line 12 or 21) costs approximately 6 EUR when paid in the bus and approximately 4.50 EUR when paid for in advance. The ride takes around 30 min. Taxis are more convenient, but they charge the highest, starting from 35 EUR to 45 EUR and ride takes about 40 min. Brussels is quite easy to walk around on foot. Accommodation in Brussels is available in the form of luxury hotels, star rated hotels, hostels and apartments. You can book a place online or on the spot after arriving, but you will pay a higher price in the latter case.
